Reseller Policy — SpinexCloud

Welcome to the SpinexCloud Reseller program. This document outlines the distinct responsibilities, rights, and rules that govern our relationship with authorized resellers.

As a reseller, you are expected to uphold the same quality of service and acceptable use guidelines that we enforce on our primary platform.

Reseller Policy

  1. This Reseller Policy governs the rules and responsibilities for all Ateex.Cloud resellers.
  2. By becoming a reseller, you agree to comply with all terms outlined below.

1. Reseller Eligibility

  1. You must provide accurate and complete information while applying.
  2. Ateex.Cloud reserves the right to approve or reject any reseller application without explanation.

2. Product Reselling Restriction

  1. If you are an official Ateex.Cloud reseller, you are not allowed to resell hosting products from any other hosting company under your Ateex.Cloud reseller identity.
  2. Mixing competitor products with Ateex.Cloud services under the same brand identity is strictly prohibited.

3. Responsibility & Scams

  1. If you get scammed by any person claiming to be an official Ateex.Cloud reseller, Ateex.Cloud will not be responsible for any financial loss or damage.
  2. Customers must verify reseller authenticity before making payments.
  3. Resellers are fully responsible for their own transactions and dealings.

4. Direct Support Restriction

  1. Clients of any reseller will not receive direct support from Ateex.Cloud.
  2. All reseller clients must contact their respective reseller for billing, technical, and general support.
  3. Ateex.Cloud will only communicate with the official reseller account holder.

5. Rule Violation & License Termination

  1. Your reseller license may be suspended or permanently cancelled if you break any Ateex.Cloud rules.
  2. Your license may be terminated if you mislead customers.
  3. Your license may be terminated if you damage Ateex.Cloud reputation.
  4. Your license may be terminated if you engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activities.
  5. No refund will be provided after license termination due to rule violation.

6. Branding & Representation

  1. Resellers must not claim ownership of Ateex.Cloud infrastructure.
  2. You cannot present yourself as the "owner" or "official staff" of Ateex.Cloud.
  3. Misrepresentation will lead to immediate termination.

7. Pricing Policy

  1. Resellers are allowed to set their own pricing.
  2. However, price dumping that harms Ateex.Cloud market value may result in warning or suspension.

8. Payment Terms

  1. All reseller payments must be made on time.
  2. Late payments may result in service suspension.
  3. Outstanding dues must be cleared before service reactivation.

9. Abuse & Illegal Activities

  1. Resellers must ensure their clients do not use services for DDoS attacks.
  2. Resellers must ensure their clients do not engage in phishing.
  3. Resellers must ensure their clients do not send spam.
  4. Resellers must ensure their clients do not host illegal content.
  5. Any abuse report will be forwarded to the reseller for action.
  6. Failure to respond may result in suspension.

10. Refund Policy

  1. Reseller purchases are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
  2. Ateex.Cloud is not responsible for refunds promised by resellers to their own clients.

11. Policy Updates

  1. Ateex.Cloud reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
  2. Continued usage of reseller services means you accept updated terms.

Final Agreement

  1. By becoming an Ateex.Cloud reseller, you confirm that you understand and agree to follow all the above rules and policies.
